The Vashon Seed Growers Network is a new project intended to both encourage farmers to grow seed and also to increase the variety of offerings from Wild Dreams Farm and Seed to you!  This year we had seven participants in the network who provided a total of twelve varieties that appear in the online catalogue.  We worked together to find crops and varieties that would suit each grower.  We consulted during the season about watering, timing of the seed harvest, and how to dry down different types of seed.  Then we came together to thresh and winnow the final products here at Wild Dreams Farm.
