Plant in early Spring when soils warm to 45 degrees or more. Lovely purple and green leaf with a bit of a bite! The plants are large and form thick lovely stems at full size. Baby leaves are great for early Spring or Fall salad mixes and full heads are crisp, spicy, and taste great in Summer. This mustard comes from the Seed Savers Exchange collection direct from Kagawa, Japan. Well suited for Northwest growers.
