A Swiss Heirloom beefstake tomato variety that is well suited to our cooler climates. I love the beautiful blushy pink color of this one!  Large fruit, thin skin, and exquisite tomato flavor.  A BLT is waiting for this one!  Original seed from the Irish Seed Savers Association. Indeterminate. Needs trellis.  

For best results, start tomatoes indoors in February and transplant outdoors or under cover after the danger of frost has passed.
