Oh cilantro, what would we do without you!  This variety of cilantro naturalized on the farm years ago and provides delicious harvests year round.  Pokey Jo is a wonderful slow to bolt and tastey cilantro to have.  Just let some go to seed and it’ll do the same for you! 

Slow to start, cilantro can be stubborn to germinate but worth the wait.  Multiple sowings yield year round harvests.
