Reisha's Parsnip

Pastinaca sativa

This parsnip is from farmer and herbalist Riesha Beck of Wayside Botanicals.  She is a talented and respected plantswoman in our region and highly recommends this parsnip.  It has grown and self sowed in her garden for the past nine years!  The seed was harvested this Fall.  Produces a tasty, white root great for roasting or adding to soups.  I can’t wait to establish this plant at the farm this year.  Thank you for sharing the seed Reisha.
