Beautiful multi-colored branching Sunflowers with vibrant yellow, dark brown and red Autumnal colors.  This variety is shorter and more compact than others, growing to 4 feet tall.  Many stems and blooms per plant, these are a delight in the garden.  Leave the seed heads for the bird and watch the acrobatic moves of your neighborhood chickadees and finches munching the seeds.

Sunflower growing instructions

Sunflowers grow quickly and easily from direct sowing or transplants.  They prefer warm soils and grow quickly when Spring temperatures begin to rise.  Sow in the ground 3 weeks after your last frost. Sow indoors to transplant around your last frost date- they will germinate and be ready to set out quickly.   Space 12”-18” apart.
